south park for the first time in spanish. finally you can understand everything your favorite cartoon characters are saying... well, maybe not everything.
For the launch of south park we created avatars of all major telemundo talent, including soap opera stars, for them to use as their twitter avatars leading to the launch. the response was fantastic and this simple stunt had more reach than all other promotional efforts.

the walking dead was successful out of the gate because of the buzz it created on comicon with fans of the graphic novels, which instantly became ambassadors for the show. for the launch of the walking dead in spanish, our "comicon" became the large following of spanish dominant viewers who, even though they couldn't understand the show, followed their facebook page. for them we created this campaign where we posted ads looking for "dead people who can speak spanish fluently" with a link to follow. the link led to a microsite with the following instructional video followed by a quiz. if you answered the questions correctly you were declared a  spanish speaking walkers and given a death certificate to post on facebook so they could help spread the word.
promotion for twd (first time ever a current #1 show in english language shows in the us in spanish) was especially challenging because it is so tied to amc. our solution was to add "en español" to the logo, use one of the nbc's logo feathers as a graphic element and change the art elements.
